Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Feminine Empowered Space. By booking or attending any of our services, including hypnobirthing courses and The Calm Birth School classes, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Us

Feminine Empowered Space, led by Joanna Carr, offers hypnobirthing education and support, including private sessions, group classes, and The Calm Birth School. These terms apply to all services booked through our website or directly with Joanna.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All      sessions and courses must be booked in advance.
• Full      payment is required to secure your place unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment      methods may include Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
• Payment      plans may be available and must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Client      cancellations:
  • Cancellations       made more than 14 days before your course start date are eligible for a partial       refund.
  • Cancellations       within 14 days are non-refundable unless your place is filled by another       participant.
• Rescheduling:
  • Individual       sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Missed       appointments without notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• Instructor      cancellations:
  • If we       must cancel or reschedule, you will be offered an alternative date or       full refund.

    

4. The Calm Birth School – Participant Agreement

If you are attending The Calm Birth School classes taught by Joanna Carr from the Feminine Empowered Space, you must complete and return a consent form before starting. By enrolling, you confirm that:

• You      are registering for The Calm Birth School of your own free will.
• The      course is designed to help you use natural relaxation techniques in      preparation for birth.
• You      understand the success of the course depends on your willingness to      practice the techniques.
• You      have chosen The Calm Birth School voluntarily and understand it is not a      substitute for medical advice.
• You      are responsible for seeking appropriate medical support during pregnancy      and birth.
• You      confirm you are in good physical and mental health.
• You      agree not to hold Feminine Empowered Space, The Calm Birth School, or any      of their representatives liable for any outcomes related to your pregnancy      or birth.

5. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Hypnobirthing is an educational tool and not a replacement for professional medical advice. Please consult your midwife or doctor regarding any health concerns related to your pregnancy, labour, or birth.

6. Course Materials

All materials provided (e.g. scripts, recordings, PDFs) are for personal use only. Reproduction, sharing, or distribution of any content without written permission is not permitted.

7. Liability

We do not offer guarantees of any specific outcomes. Participation in classes and courses is entirely at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for your experience and decisions.

8. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Personal and pregnancy-related information is collected with your consent and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
